What’s new
When sending mobility surveys to employees (via email or QR), you now must set a deadline. After that date, the survey link expires and employees see a message letting them know it’s no longer available.
Why this matters
Previously, employees could respond to surveys at any time, even after the company had already closed its carbon footprint. Late responses would alter the already-finalized data. Now you have full control over when the survey window closes.
What you need to know
- A deadline date picker is now visible when sending surveys by email or generating a QR code
- Past dates cannot be selected as deadlines
- Surveys sent before this update continue working as before, with no deadline
- The deadline is shown to the employee in the survey email
- Available in all 7 supported languages (EN, ES, CA, DE, FR, IT, PT)
