Lean & Green is a European sustainability programme specifically for logistics and transport companies, managed in Spain by AECOC. It requires companies to commit to a verified 20% reduction in CO₂ emissions from transport operations over five years, calculated under the GLEC (Global Logistics Emissions Council) v3.0 methodology , the ISO 14083 standard for logistics emissions measurement. The certification process has four phases: adhesion (baseline measurement, logistics network analysis, data quality control), decarbonisation plan (reduction initiatives with quantified impact and defined objectives), verification (technical review with AECOC and independent verifiers), and annual follow-up. Dcycle covers the full cycle , from the first emissions calculation to the annual renewal.

SBTi requires companies to address all material Scope 3 categories. Yes. Dcycle consolidates emissions from every legal entity and facility into a group-level view , essential for corporate structures with subsidiaries, joint ventures, or international operations. You can set reduction targets at group level, allocate them to individual entities, and track the contribution of each company to the group's overall SBTi or Lean & Green commitments. When a subsidiary updates its data, the group view reflects it automatically. SBTi and CSRD both require group-level consolidation, so this architecture is built into Dcycle's core.

A carbon footprint tells you where your emissions stand today. A decarbonisation plan tells you how you will reduce them , and proves you are doing it. The footprint is the data foundation that feeds everything else: the same data you use to calculate it is what Dcycle uses for the SBTi submission, the CSRD E1 disclosure, the Lean & Green report, and the EcoVadis assessment.
