We know that calculating the impact of the use of sold products can be one of the most complex parts of an emissions inventory. However, Dcycle now includes this functionality so that you can centralise all the information and obtain the calculation in seconds.
➡️ Bulk upload of sold products
Under Data, you will see a new card called ‘Your company’s products’. Inside, you can upload an Excel file in bulk containing:
- The name of your product(s).
- The countries where they have been sold.
- Quantities sold in each country (kg, units, m³ or tonnes). Once uploaded, all your products will be ready for you to complete their usage information.
➡️ Product use data
For each product, you can fill in the necessary data to calculate its impact during the use phase:
- Estimated lifetime.
- Electricity consumption.
- Fuel consumption.
- Water consumption. Save the information and the calculation will be carried out instantly.
With this new functionality, you will be able to calculate, manage and export the impact of the use of your sold products more quickly, in a more structured way, and with greater reliability — ready for your reports and any audit.
