Introducing bulk invoice transfer between facilities.
Until now, reassigning invoices to a different facility meant editing each one separately, which was time-consuming when dealing with multiple records. With this new feature, you can select several invoices at once and move them all to another facility in a single action.
The feature is available for electricity, combustion, vehicle recharges, processes, and water categories.
How it works
- Go to the invoice view of any facility.
- Check the selection boxes on the left side of the rows you want to move. You can select up to 10 invoices at a time.
- In the action bar that appears at the bottom, click “Move to another facility”.
- Select the destination facility from the dropdown and confirm. The destination facility must be in the same country and belong to the same consumption category as the source facility. Invoices shared across multiple facilities cannot be transferred using this tool.
Why it matters
Managing large volumes of emissions data requires flexibility. Invoices sometimes get assigned to the wrong facility initially, or your organisational structure changes over time. Bulk transfer lets you correct those assignments quickly and without disrupting the rest of your work, keeping your carbon footprint data accurate at all times.
