We started out building something else.
Dcycle was born in 2020 as a marketplace for sustainable products. Talking to companies, we saw the problem wasn't intent: it was data. They wanted to act and had nothing to prove it with.
So we dropped everything and built what they were asking for. That decision says a lot about who we are: if something doesn't work, we change it, even if it means starting from scratch.

The human layer
Agents take care of the repetitive work. Judgement, conversations with customers and humour are still ours, and we look after them as the most valuable things we have.

AI in our day to day
The whole company contributes to the product, not just engineering. Customer Success ships automations, and Finance took a reconciliation from two days to ten minutes. Everyone orchestrates their own agents.

Learning
What you know today won't be enough tomorrow. Nobody waits to be taught: we learn, we try and we share, inside and outside Dcycle.

Trust
Mistakes made in good faith aren't punished: we look at them, learn and move on. We share what we're going to build before we build it, so autonomy doesn't turn into noise.

Independence
If you see a problem and you can fix it, fix it. You already have permission. Everyone manages their own work and decides how to solve it.

Courage
We say what we think, plainly and with respect. And we take on what feels daunting: changing course, stepping outside your role, breaking something to understand it.
