Duplicate and launch custom KPI campaigns separately

You can now reuse last year's custom KPI campaign setup and decide exactly when invites go out, so configuring a campaign no longer means sending it by accident.

Duplicate instead of rebuilding from scratch

Custom KPI campaigns (EINF) used to be rebuilt by hand every year, and a campaign went live the moment you created it. Now you can duplicate last year’s campaign, including its recipients, with no invites sent and no values carried over. The duplicate lands in Draft state so you can fix dates and responsables first.

New campaign states give you control before launch

Campaigns now move through three states: Draft (configured but not launched), Active (invites sent) and Expired (past deadline). A rolled over campaign always reads as Draft, never as Expired, so it is clear it still needs attention. Hit Launch campaign whenever you are ready to send invites, configuration and launch are finally two separate steps.

Mind the deadline

The campaign deadline controls whether you can still edit the campaign or change its data owners, once it passes those options lock. Launch is also disabled, with a tooltip explaining why, if there are no recipients or the deadline has already passed. Keep the deadline in the future while you are still setting things up.
