From Excel and manual management over 3 years to fully externally verified Scope 1, 2 and 3 measurement, MITECO registration and Life Cycle Assessment to respond to international clients.

What changes with Dcycle
From manual management to a professionalised infrastructure
Process started in December 2024 with onboarding sessions and progressive loading of historical consumption, transport and waste data.
- Facility configuration: production, laboratory and offices across 3 floors.
- Integration of two generators, electric vehicle and waste management.
Closure of the 2024 footprint in March 2025, with mobility survey data, TravelPerk for business travel and assisted unit conversion.
- Employee mobility survey integrated into the platform.
- Support for converting non-standard units (pallets, litres, m³).
Verification completed in May 2025 for the 2023 and 2024 footprints, with preparation of the reduction plan for MITECO registration.
- Full support throughout the external verification process.
- Preparation of the reduction plan for registration in the national registry.
Life Cycle Assessment of Vytrus cosmetic ingredients, carried out between April and July 2025, to respond to international client requirements.
- LCA finalised and delivered in July 2025.
- Direct response to French client demands.
